2. How Does HalalGost Work?

Enter your city and area then you can view all the products offered in your area. Select your favorite meat products and add in cart. Once you have placed your order and chosen your method of payment, The Fresh Meat Market will do the rest of the work for you!

3. What Kind of products you have under your Services?

We have three categories (Fish, Chicken, Meat) in which we have two SubCategories (Raw and Ready-to-eat) to choose your favorites. You can choose your favorites from one or multiple categories (raw, ready-to-eat, fish, chicken, etc.).

4. What are your payment methods?

We accept online payment securely through RazorPay(Credit Card, Debit Card, eWallets, Net Banking), and Cash on Delivery. We are working on other payment methods to make online Meat ordering as convenient as possible.

5. How do I add products to my cart?

To add a product or other item to your cart, navigate to the page of the item you are interested in and then choose your products. When you click the “Add to Cart” link, you will be brought to your “Shopping cart” page where you can then enter the quantity of the item that you would like to order using the “Quantity” field. After you have entered a quantity, you can continue shopping or choose to complete your order.

6. How will I know that you have received my order?

“After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference. You will also receive a confirmation message on your registered contact number that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your Contact number correctly on the Registration form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)”

7. What are your shipping and handling rates?

Shipping and handling rates vary depending on the destination of the order and are based on the total cost of the order. It may range between 15-50 rupees.

8. How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?

It takes between 45 to 90 minutes to deliver an order depending on different categories from which products have been added in the order. For e.g. if you order fish as well we chicken products then it may take more time to deliver as compared to ordering only fish products.

9. What about the quality of meat products?

Meat products are derived from healthy and young livestock and best practices are followed to ensure cleanliness and nutritive quality.

10. Why is my order late?

In rare scenario due to traffic issues, the delivery person may arrive late. In such a case, you will be notified proactively to ensure that you are informed and the reason for the same is communicated in advance.

11. I paid money online but never got my order. Why?

Due to network error, your order might not have processed successfully. If you have cannot see the order in your order history then it means your order has not gone through. The money deducted will be returned back to your account within 5-7 days.
